Moulton Parish Council

Phil grew up in Moulton and attended both Moulton Primary and Moulton Secondary school. After living in London, overseas, and then Scotland, he returned to Moulton last year.

Phil works variously as a translator, educational materials designer, and project manager, His academic background is linguistics and education, and he will start a PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning in January. Phil's interests include learning languages (both human and computer), cycling, and watch repair.
