Neil is married with two adult daughters, both of whom live in the village. His family moved to Moulton over 30 years ago and have always supported village events. He has recently retired after an electronics engineering career as Technical Director spent with several international technology companies over the years.

He has 30 years experience building & leading effective teams and also has knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and recruitment, supply chain management, risk management and standards compliance.

He now spends his time on a variety of hobbies and activities, including cycling, DIY, sailing, canal & river boats, theatre, concerts, travel, and Northampton Saints RFC.
