Join Moulton Parish Council – Help Shape the Future of Our Community!

We have two exciting opportunities to join Moulton Parish Council and we're looking for passionate, community-minded individuals to come on board.

Whether you're a long-time resident or newly settled, this is your chance to make a real difference in your local area. We especially want our Council to reflect the diversity of our community – applications are particularly welcomed from underrepresented groups, including people of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences.

Who can apply?
You don't need any previous experience – just a willingness to get involved, listen, and help guide decisions. You must be:
✅ Aged 18 or over
✅ A British, EU or eligible Commonwealth citizen
✅ And meet one of the following:

• Registered to vote in the parish
• Lived in or within 3 miles of the parish for at least 12 months
• Worked in the parish during the last 12 months
• Owned or rented property in the parish for the past 12 months

What's involved?
The Council meets once a month (excluding August) – on the first Tuesday evening – and you'll receive full training and support through NCALC to help you thrive in your role. You'll also agree to uphold our Code of Conduct.

This is a fantastic way to gain new skills, meet new people, and make a lasting impact on your community.
